Ingredients:
8 limes
75g/3oz caster sugar
pinch of salt
crushed ice, to serve
Squeeze the limes and pour the juice into a large jug. Add the sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved. Pour in 1.5 litres/2 1/2 pt water, and top up with plenty of ice to serve.
